Whether you leave a monetary donation or gift us a piece of your land, it would be greatly appreciated. FOSC seeks land for various uses to continue and further our mission. Leaving FOSC a gift upon your passing is simple by adding this language to your will or trust: "I give, devise and bequeath to Fairfax Open Space Committee, whose business mailing address is 142 Bolinas Road, Fairfax, CA, 94930, [enter a specific dollar amount $___ OR state "all" OR enter a percentage ____%] of the rest and residue of my estate."

FOSC is a branch of the Town of Fairfax, so using this link will lead you to the Town of Fairfax website for donation to their Fairfax Open Space Committee dedicated fund to preserve land.
